1:30 – 2:30 p.m. | Mindfulness with Lindley Counseling | Northen Auditorium | Sample a Wellbeing Workshop, a new prevention and restoration service offered to W&L students and walk away with practical skills to improve your mindfulness. Led by Janet Boller, associate director of student counseling at the Lindley Center.

2:30 – 3:30 p.m. | Philanthropy Panel | Northen Auditorium | Hear from our own philanthropy experts on what factors guide their charitable decisions. Participants include Lizanne Thomas ‘82L, Anne Faircloth P’26 and Elizabeth Burdette ’04.

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. | Women’s Health Fireside Chat | Northen Auditorium | Led by Kari Ring, M.D. ’04 and Jennifer Hawks Bland P’28. Dr. Ring specializes in surgical and medical treatment for women at UVA Health. Jennifer Hawks Bland is the chief executive officer of NewYorkBIO, the leading advocacy association for the life science industry in New York.

10:30 – 11:30 a.m. | Empowering Learners through AI Tools | Northen Auditorium | Sybil Prince Nelson ’01, P’28, P’30, assistant professor of mathematics, and JT Torres, director of the Houston H. Harte Center for Teaching and Learning, will demonstrate how AI is altering the way we think about learning, creativity and freedom through this creative workshop and discussion.

11:45 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Lunch with Student Leaders | Molly Steele ’04, Barnett Family Dean of Career and Professional Development, will facilitate a panel of current students who showcase the leadership opportunities available at W&L.

1:30 – 2:30 p.m. | Art of Negotiation | Join W&L School of Law professors and students to learn tools and strategies on improving your negotiating skills.

5:30 p.m. | Shuttle pick-up to Bluegrass and Barbeque event in Raphine
